Change Management Practitioner Course & Examination

The Change Management ® Certification program has been developed by APMG International in partnership with the Change Management Institute and is designed to help organisations and their people manage the impact of change and provide techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives.  

There are two levels of certifications; Foundation and Practitioner. Our 2-day Change Management Practitioner course prepares you for the exam leading to the Change Management Practitioner Certification. The Change Management Practitioner certification is accredited and recognised by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). Be recognised as a dependable manager of organisational change.  

Course Overview

Our Change Management courses, developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute, are designed to help organisations and their people manage the impact of change. They provide techniques to effectively plan and implement successful transformation initiatives. 

In the modern business environment, change is relentless. This can be challenging, but it also presents opportunities. By effectively managing change, organisations enhance their performance and achieve their goals.  

Our Change Management Foundation and Practitioner training explores how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, change leaders, and organisations. Our APMG-accredited Change Management courses equip individuals with the knowledge, proven methods and techniques to:

Prerequisites

The Change Management Foundation certificate is a pre-requisite.  

You will also require a copy of the APMG Change Management Study Guide.

Exam & Certification

This course prepares participants for the examination leading to Change Management Foundation certificate, granted by APMG International: 

• Objective testing based on a case study scenario
• 5 sections of 16 marks each 
• 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50% 
• 2.5 hours duration 
• Restricted open book – The APMG Change Management Study Guide. 

Course Material & Inclusions

This course comes with access to our e-materials. Material for this course will be provided as downloadable soft-copy files that can be viewed on a variety of devices. Attendees may print a hard copy of the files in whatever format best meets their needs.

Change Management Practitioner online exam voucher, this is issued from APMG International (global examination body) on the first morning of the course. The schedule is available 24/7 so you can book and register for your exam at a time that suits. A webcam and internet connection is required.

A digital badge you can share with your network will be provided via email upon passing your certification exam with APMG.
